2. Product status

Finovra AI is not yet open to customers. The general ledger, approvals and reporting core are built and tested; other modules are in development. The platform page shows the status of each module.

3. Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Finovra AI account and its personal information at any time:

  • In the Finovra AI app, use the account deletion option in your account settings, when available; or
  • Email privacy@finovra-ai.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm the request by email before deleting anything.

What is deleted: your sign-in details and profile, and your access to every organization.

What may be kept: financial records and audit history belong to your organization and may need to be kept to meet legal, tax and accounting record-keeping obligations. Entries you posted stay in your organization's books, and the audit log keeps a record that they were made. See the privacy policy for details.

If you are the owner of an organization and want the whole organization's data deleted, email privacy@finovra-ai.com.

4. Report a security issue

Email security@finovra-ai.com with the details and steps to reproduce. Please don't access other people's data or disrupt the service while testing. Our security.txt lists the same contact.
